About Us

Tom and Khushpreet are Investors, Owners, Entrepreneurs and have combined experience of over a decade in the real estate industry. As a team, Tom and Khushpreet specialize in identifying multifamily apartment opportunities, including both value-add initiatives and new construction ventures, and have cultivated a robust portfolio, complemented by ongoing development projects tailored to hybrid markets, across Atlantic Canada.

They help investors become business leaders in Multifamily and scale their real estate business. Whether you are first time investor or trying to close your next multifamily deal they help you grow to your next level with coaching, tools, and strategies that they use in their growth.

Together, they are leading land development endeavors encompassing more than 500 units and own, transacted and invested in multifamily assets of over 250 units.

Prior to their work in the real estate industry, Tom and Khushpreet leveraged their expertise in the Tech industry for over a decade each, serving in prominent roles within Big 4 consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies and their contributions to these firms helped generate substantial profits and savings.
